The Jaguar Connection

Welcome to the Jaguar section of this site where we celebrate the ownership of these fine classic cars and especially the many and sometimes particular friends we have gained in the process. These pages are planned to provide some personal insights and experiences of classic Jaguar ownership, restoration and event participation. Our Jaguar section includes JagWar Stories ©, links to other related sites of interest and tributes to "special" Jaguar people in our lives.

Concours d'Elegance at Mercer Island, WA

Patricia's XJ6 and Bruce's XJS Convertible

It has always amazed me just how much mutual help and support Jaguar friends or even just fellow enthusiasts provide each other. One needs to go no further than one of the many mailing lists like Jag-Lovers or the Jaguar Enthusiast's Club Technical Articles to appreciate the outstanding sharing of information and advice that takes place between Jaguar owners and aficionados. In the picture above left you will see Rob Westcott kindly lending an experienced 'prepping' hand (See the "Ravensbourne Project"). Above right is my XJS Convertible together with Patricia's Carnival Red XJ6.

Goodwood, Hampshire, England, 16th to 18th of September 2005. Home of the Earl of March and Kinrara. Three days of glorious weather, fabulous vintage and classic international sports cars racing on a famous circuit. An Air Disply including WWII Spitfires, Mustangs and a B17 Flying Fortress. Celebrating the birthday of a very special individual. All of the above and more contributed to making this year's Goodwood Revival a truly memorable occasion.

Please do not look for in depth technical advice from these pages, but the guest book will still be included for this section. Also if you have an interesting story or photograph you would like me to include, I will do my best to oblige. Please note the Spam Alert on the Family Page and use other communication resources until I set up a more secure email alternative.

With warm Jaguar regards and a special Aloha to visitors from JaguarHawaii.com,
